Website SEO and marketing….

At Jungle Design Studios we have 2 options for SEO….  Once off optimisation of your website to give your site a boost in the rankings, and ongoing optimisation where we monitor, maintain and implement our research on a monthly basis for the best possible outcome.
SEO is an ongoing process and is organic.  Your rankings can change on a daily, weekly or even hourly basis.  Which all depends on what your competitors are doing and what you are doing to keep those high rankings.
The process is usually 4 weeks and a final report will be sent to you at the end of the 4 week cycle. At which stage, you will get all the information as well as the keywords that are being targeted.   Both options start with our first time or once off SEO.

The process for first time or once off SEO is;
Week 1: All analytics and monitoring tools are set up to gather essential research data.
Week 2: Full research conducted and existing website pages are updated. Changes are submitted to search engines.
Week 3: Changes monitored and tweaking done if deemed necessary.
Week 4: Final tweaking and reports sent (the final report has a keyword list in it). Ongoing automated reports set up.

The process for ongoing SEO is;
Week 1: At least two new keyword phrases targeted (supported with the creation of new pages and site structure alterations if necessary).
Week 2: Further analysis and monitoring. Existing website pages optimised further.
Week 3: Submission to identified directories and updates sent to search engines.
Week 4: Final monthly analysis, tweaking and detailed report sent to customer.

Reporting Structure
First month's reports (new customer)
At the end of the first month the customer gets a report about their rankings for keywords, keywords targetted and which search engines they are listed in and summary ongoing recommendations along with the regular Google analytics report.
Clients who do not opt for ongoing SEO
If you do not opt in for ongoing SEO, then you will just continue to get the automated Google analytics report every week after the initial 4 week cycle when handover is completed.
Clients who have opted for ongoing SEO
If you opt in for ongoing SEO then you will continue to get the detailed reports as per the first month.
